Alexis Langley, CAE is a relationship builder and technology advocate.
Alexis has spent the past 9 years of her career devoted to revenue generation for mission-driven organizations. She is passionate about non-profits and the impact they have on building a more compassionate world.
In her current role as the Customer Experience Manager with CharityEngine, Alexis oversees customer relationships, contract renewals, and upgrades. Prior to this role, Alexis was an account manager for a trade-show technology company, supporting her customers with tools to reach historical ROI in their online and in-person trade shows and conferences. As the Association Ambassador, Alexis represented the company at conferences and delivered presentations on trends and best practices in the association industry.
In addition to her experience as a technology supplier, Alexis spent the first 5 years of her career managing marketing and membership efforts for several statewide trade associations.
Alexis is a proud Certified Association Executive and was recognized by the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE) with the Rising Star of the Year Award in 2019. Alexis’s passion for nonprofits extends into her volunteer life, where she has been an active leader with the Florida Society of Association Executives and the Junior League of Tallahassee for more than seven years. She has served in roles spanning membership, public affairs, leadership development, and fundraising initiatives.
Alexis is a graduate of Florida State University and lives in Tallahassee with her husband, Dennis, and two dogs.
