Logan Campbell is a Client Experience Coordinator at CharityEngine, where she works closely with nonprofit organizations to help them navigate the platform, strengthen fundraising operations, and maximize the value of their investment. With more than eight years of experience in customer success, training, and CRM support, Logan is passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring organizations have the resources they need to succeed. She connects clients with the right expertise across our Implementation, Support, Product, and Finance teams to create a seamless and supportive experience.

Before joining CharityEngine, Logan spent more than a decade supporting fundraising efforts for mission-driven organizations and community initiatives. These experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the dedication, compassion, and hard work that fuel the nonprofit sector. She especially enjoys learning about the diverse missions of CharityEngine's clients and helping organizations use technology to further the causes they care about most.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys golfing, baking, and painting. She lives in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, with her husband, children, and dog, and brings the same creativity, curiosity, and people-first mindset to both her professional and personal life.
