Josh’s professional expertise is built on a diverse background spanning technology sales, performance management, and customer service including foundational experience at Chick-fil-A. Deeply respecting their core principles of intentional hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence, he actively brings those values into the tech sales world to build highly motivated, value-driven development teams. This commercial experience is backed by sharp analytical insight; he is currently sharpening his business acumen further by pursuing an MBA in Executive Management from Ohio University. Whether analyzing metrics or scaling outreach strategies, Josh bridges the gap between high-level business goals and ground-level execution.

A passionate supporter of the arts, Josh actively builds community both inside and outside the workplace. When he isn't volunteering or collaborating with youth programs, he is heavily involved in the local creative scene through live comedy production. An avid film buff, Josh balances his professional life with a deep love for cinema and travel to visit his family in Brazil.
