Michele is a Senior Client Implementation and Experience Manager at CharityEngine and brings more than a decade of SaaS experience, with a passion for implementation, process improvement, and helping nonprofit organizations turn complex technology into something that works for them. She loves finding ways to make processes simpler, more efficient, and easier for everyone involved—and believes a successful customer partnership is as much about people and relationships as it is about technology.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time with her husband and family, and their well-loved pup. She enjoys photography and crocheting, is a lifelong learner, and is almost always looking for a process she can make just a little bit better.
