Shannon Arnold brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit technology and fundraising software to her role as Director of Client Experience at CharityEngine. She works closely with nonprofit organizations to drive adoption, strengthen partnerships, and ensure clients realize meaningful value from their technology investments.
 
Prior to joining CharityEngine, Shannon held leadership roles across nonprofit CRM and fundraising platforms, where she focused on client success, implementation strategy, and aligning technology with organizational goals. She is known for translating complex systems into practical, effective solutions that support mission-driven work.
 
Shannon lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, two sons, and their puppy.
