Dave O'Mara

Dave brings more than 40 years of direct marketing experience to CharityEngine, with a focus on fundraising across both agency and client roles. Most of his career has centered on business development—connecting nonprofits with the right fundraising partners to drive growth and impact.

He has worked with a wide range of organizations, including the Navy League of the United States, Washington’s Mount Vernon, Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, Global Communities, National Parkinson Foundation, Whitman-Walker Health, Help Me See, Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, PETA Foundation, and Americans for Prosperity.

Dave has engaged decision-makers at more than 400 charities, associations, and political organizations, generating RFQs and multi-year contracts totaling over $8 million. His work spans research, branding, creative, and production services, all aimed at improving acquisition and retention of donors, members, and supporters.
