Our company and this position are remote, but we prefer to hire an individual in the Washington, DC, metro area since most of the team is here, and we meet in-person regularly.
Job Description
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team by creating scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, content strategy, and product marketing. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a growth mindset and exceptional communication skills who can interface with sales and leadership with ease.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Content Director to execute SEO, content development, social media, event production & promotion, and website management.
- Assist the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in planning and executing omnichannel digital marketing campaigns, email marketing & lead nurturing, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Support the Product Marketing Manager in developing product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas, competitive analysis, success stories, and sales enablement.
- Work with the entire team to produce and promote in-person and online events including industry conferences and webinars.
- Conduct data analyses to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Interface with sales and leadership to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed.
- Experience with marketing automation (Hubspot) or other related platforms a plus.
- Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills.
- Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
- A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
