Director of Client Experience

Jennifer Baird

Jennifer brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit management, donor relations, and strategic leadership to her role as Director of Client Experience at CharityEngine. Passionate about fostering meaningful relationships, executing innovative initiatives, and driving impactful results, she is dedicated to helping organizations maximize their impact.

Prior to joining CharityEngine, Jennifer served as a Major Gift Officer at the Army Historical Foundation, where she secured over $8 million of gifts for the National Museum of the United States Army during her tenure. Additionally, she served as Manager of Student Relations at the University of Maryland Global Campus, leading successful programs and strengthening stakeholder relationships.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked as a Legislative Analyst at the Illinois General Assembly and contributed to organizations such as Army Emergency Relief, Hospice of Jefferson County, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Jennifer holds a M.A degree in Political Studies from the University of Illinois. She loves to travel and has recently explored Thailand and Iceland. She also enjoys running – regularly completing the Army 10-Miler and unwinding with a good book.
