Supervisor for Implementation Services

Jessica Mocha-Piel

Jessica is the Supervisor for Implementation Services with CharityEngine. In this role, she is responsible for onboarding new clients and guiding them through the implementation and training of CharityEngine software.

In her time with CharityEngine, Jessica has developed a deep understanding and knowledge of technical capabilities to assist in consultation with our nonprofit clients, helping them to maximize their fundraising activities. Jessica is also a key leader in building resource materials for our client base, including online Help Center articles and tools, and developing CharityEngine Academy, our online training tool. 

She has supported more than 100 clients in their onboarding efforts, leading them through the transition into a robust CRM. In addition, she supports more advanced design and automation for existing clients seeking to maximize their use of the CharityEngine platform. 

Throughout her career, Jessica has always focused on customer care. She has worked as a trainer and a care coordinator and is adept at reporting, compliance, and supporting clients at all stages of their engagement.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys going on hikes with her dog and her husband in the Shenandoah National Park, kayaking in the Rappahannock River, and traveling.
