CharityEngine is expanding its Sales organization and is looking to add to its Business Development team!

Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) utilize phone and email outreach to help secure meetings for our sales consultants. Our BDRs work closely with our Sales and Marketing Leadership team in coordinated outreach initiatives to schedule meetings with highly targeted prospective clients and leads. Our successful BDRs are highly organized, exercise effective phone/email outreach, and passionately embrace the mission of nonprofits.
Responsibilities include:
Generate appointments using proactive outbound prospecting.
Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads.
Demonstrate effective outreach skills to heighten prospect interest and influence meetings.
Be a good teammate and an inquisitive learner, and demonstrate integrity in every aspect of work.
