Jacques comes to CharityEngine after successfully overseeing the growth of sales and marketing at Regent Education, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of financial aid management solutions to the post secondary education market. Under his leadership, SaaS sales grew from $400K to over $10M annually.
Prior to joining Regent in 2011, Jacques spent 3 years at JackBe Corporation, a “big data” pioneer, that provided SaaS solutions and services to some of the largest public and private global institutions. As Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Jacques built and lead the sale and sales operations team to consistent year over year sales growth, personally landed the company’s largest client, and launched the company’s partner program.
Before JackBe, Jacques spent 9 years at OPNET Technologies, Inc. (OPNT), an entrepreneurial high tech software and consulting services company. Jacques held multiple positions during his tenure at OPNET culminating in the role of Vice President of North American Sales. As Vice President of North American Sales, Jacques managed a team of over 70 sales professionals and was responsible for close to 80% of the company’s revenue. During Jacques’ tenure, OPNET’s annual revenue grew nearly 800%.
Jacques enjoys traveling with his wife and two children and has been know to organize, manage and MC charity auctions for his kids’ schools.
Jacques holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
