The fastest growing $100M+ charity in the US, Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), uses CharityEngine to manage all of their program and operation data and automation needs including: fundraising, payment processing, campaign management and analytics, events, peer-to-peer social fundraising, and more.
During Super Bowl XLVII, WWP ran a direct appeal TV spot (valued at more than $2.5 million to an audience of over 110 million people), encouraging them to text, click or call in a donation. CharityEngine managed the website donation forms and consolidated the telephone pledges directly in WWP's donor database. The event also required management of a server farm sustaining over 350 megabits per second non-stop for more than an hour with zero tolerance for error.
